Director of AI Platforms and Infrastructure

About the role

Lead the strategy, administration, and operational excellence of Aimpoint Digital's enterprise AI platforms, including internal ChatGPT and Claude environments and client deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day management of AI platforms, set governance standards, and monitor usage, licensing, and cost.
• Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and AI leadership to create scalable operating procedures and security policies.
• Serve as technical lead for client AI platform deployments, delivering configuration, governance workshops, and training.
• Develop reusable playbooks, reference architectures, and operational documentation for AI implementations.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial technology leader comfortable with both strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS administration, identity and access management, and governance.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for executives, consultants, and clients.

Required skills

• Administration of ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise (or comparable enterprise AI platforms).
• Experience with SaaS licensing, cost management, and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, automation, and scripting.
