Director, Growth Performance Marketing (Hybrid – Webster or Boston)

About the role

The Director, Growth Performance Marketing leads the development and execution of data‑driven acquisition strategies for MAPFRE’s insurance products. Working in a hybrid model from Webster or Boston, you will combine analytical rigor, AI‑enabled insights, and creative thinking to scale profitable customer growth across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
• Own the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, ensuring consistent performance.
• Oversee paid media channels including paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliate and emerging platforms.
• Leverage AI‑based tools for bid optimization, audience modeling, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
• Manage agency partners and internal teams, driving accountability and innovation.
• Continuously test, experiment, and refine campaigns using predictive analytics.

Required profile

• Strategic, data‑focused leader with a proven track record in performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable with AI‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in a regulated, competitive insurance environment is a plus.
