Director, Global Services – Healthcare B2B

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to build and scale a high‑value Services business for the healthcare sector globally. The role will translate client needs into differentiated service offerings, drive go‑to‑market strategy, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global Healthcare Services strategy and roadmap, aligning with Global Healthcare and Services priorities.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities across providers, platforms, health‑tech companies, and ecosystem partners.
• Develop and launch flagship healthcare services by adapting existing Mastercard capabilities and creating new solutions.
• Build and execute the go‑to‑market approach, including segmentation, value propositions, pricing, and sales enablement.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Product teams to ensure successful implementation and measurable client outcomes.

Required profile

• Deep healthcare industry experience with strong understanding of economics, payer‑provider relationships, reimbursement and operational workflows.
• Proven success in healthcare strategy, consulting, business development or commercialization with measurable results.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including opportunity sizing, business case development and pipeline management.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a complex, matrixed organization.

Required skills

• Experience translating complex healthcare challenges into scalable services or solutions.
• Knowledge of healthcare data, privacy, regulatory and operational requirements.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention, cybersecurity, analytics and advisory services.
