Director, FP&A

About the role

Everyday Dose, a fast-growing nine-figure direct-to-consumer coffee brand, is hiring a Director of FP&A to own forecasting, cash flow and channel economics across its multi-channel business. The role reports to the SVP of Finance, leads the FP&A team and acts as finance partner to Marketing, Product, Retail and Ops leadership. It is fully remote, with headquarters in Austin, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• DTC financial modeling: cohort, CAC/LTV and retention-driven revenue forecasting
• Retail P&L, consumption planning and trade forecast, including trade performance and promotional forecasting
• Channel profitability analysis by SKU, channel and account to guide pricing, trade and investment decisions
• Cash flow and liquidity forecasting: weekly and monthly cash model, end to end
• Recurring BVA and forecast reviews with Marketing, Retail and Ops leads, turning variance into drivers and next steps
• New product and channel investment modeling, partnering with cross-functional teams
• Build scalable, repeatable planning processes and contribute to Board and investor reporting
• Mentorship of the team as the function matures

Required profile

• 7 to 10 years of FP&A experience; omni-channel CPG strongly preferred
• Track record of building scalable, repeatable planning processes
• Experience mentoring and developing team members
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to leadership

Required skills

• Modern data warehouse and BI tool
• Fluency using AI tools to accelerate analysis and modeling
• Nice to have: Metabase, Looker, Drivepoint or similar FP&A/BI platform; scripting beyond SQL; exposure to M&A, PE-backed diligence or QoE

What we offer

• Base salary of $165,000-$185,000 plus bonus and equity
