Director, Finance Business Partner – Technology Infrastructure

About the role

The Director, Finance Business Partner – Technology Infrastructure will serve as the finance subject‑matter expert for Mastercard’s technology business unit. Reporting to the VP, Finance Business Partner, the role supports short‑ and long‑term financial planning, deal and contract management, pricing, and product management across the global payments processing infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and target setting for the designated technology segment.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, developing new metrics to measure success.
• Partner with regional and corporate business units to evaluate and validate new business opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business partners, ensuring financial alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to identify and deliver efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance business partnering within a technology or payments environment.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning.
• Strong analytical abilities and capability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
