Director, Executive Operations

About the role

Fetch is entering a pivotal phase of growth and operational complexity. As Director of Executive Operations, you will architect and run the executive operating system that enables the leadership team to set priorities, measure performance, and execute at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement systems that govern priority setting, performance measurement, and cross‑functional execution.
• Partner directly with the COO to own the infrastructure behind decision‑making velocity, metric integrity, and alignment across teams.
• Transform organizational complexity into structured, high‑functioning processes that drive precision and efficiency.
• Establish cadence, reporting frameworks, and governance models that support a maturing, high‑growth business.

Required profile

• Seasoned operator with a track record of building scalable operational systems.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to turn ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable frameworks.
• Curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leadership and align diverse stakeholders.
