Director, Data Validation Risk

About the role

PwC is seeking a Director to lead Data Validation Risk within its Risk & Regulatory practice. You will shape strategy, drive growth, and manage executive‑level client relationships while mentoring emerging leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and guide emerging leaders on the team.
• Define and steer client project direction to ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee ERP implementation processes with a focus on data quality.
• Identify market opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
• Uphold professional standards and best practices in data analytics.
• Lead data validation and risk‑management initiatives for client engagements.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Drive data‑driven strategies to optimize client operations.
• Manage data integration and manipulation using tools such as Alteryx and Python.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, etc.).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a public accounting firm or professional services organization.
• Preferred certifications: CPA or CISA.
• Demonstrated leadership in data‑validation strategy execution.
• Strong communication and coordination skills during data conversion projects.

• Salary range $155,000 – $410,000 per year (plus discretionary bonus).
