Director, Data Solution Architect – Tax Innovation

About the role

As a Director in Tax Innovation, you will lead the design and implementation of data solutions that turn raw tax data into actionable insights. You will set strategic direction, drive business development, and ensure high‑quality delivery for PwC’s tax practice.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data infrastructure and systems for efficient processing and analysis.
• Develop, manage, and optimise data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions.
• Leverage Azure Data Factory and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform to enhance data architecture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive innovative, strategic data solutions.
• Validate data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks.
• Build and maintain executive‑level client relationships to shape engagements and grow the business.
• Mentor and develop talent, fostering a culture aligned with PwC’s values.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience in data engineering or architecture.
