About the role

Hasbro is looking for a commercially driven Director to build and lead its creator marketing function. Based in Boston, you will shape the creator ecosystem across Toys, Games, Licensing & Entertainment, driving strategy, partnerships, and execution that puts Hasbro at the forefront of the creator economy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the creator marketing strategy across the full funnel, from cultural awareness to performance and commerce.
• Maintain a forward‑looking view of creator platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Shorts, Twitch, emerging) and translate trends into actionable programs.
• Manage the creator marketing budget, allocating spend across talent tiers, campaigns, tools, and agencies with a focus on ROI.
• Lead exploration of emerging creator economy models such as social commerce, ambassador programs, affiliate frameworks, and AI‑driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand storytelling aligns with creator‑driven content.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling creator marketing initiatives for large, iconic brands.
• Deep understanding of the creator economy and its monetization models.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Willingness to work onsite in Boston, Tuesday‑Thursday.
