Director, Content Management & Communications

About the role

This strategic leadership position reports to the senior marketing leader of a fast‑growing B2B FinTech SaaS company. The Director will build and lead a centralized content and communications function, shaping a clear, compelling story across all customer‑facing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company’s content and communications function, overseeing thought‑leadership, executive messaging, customer stories, and industry insights.
• Develop and manage campaign assets, digital content, sales enablement materials, and event‑related content.
• Design scalable content production processes that improve quality, consistency, and speed‑to‑market.
• Own and evolve the messaging framework and brand voice, translating corporate strategy into compelling narratives.
• Partner with senior executives to boost industry visibility, manage PR initiatives, and secure media coverage.
• Create and execute social‑media strategies that strengthen brand awareness and credibility.
• Design intake, prioritization, and workflow processes for cross‑functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnerships, and Sales.
• Track performance using metrics tied to brand awareness, engagement, and business impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience executing a company‑wide content strategy across multiple functions.
• Background building and scaling content operations within a B2B SaaS, FinOps, or enterprise technology environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
