Director, Business Analysis

About the role

Mastercard’s Billing Services department is seeking a Director of Business Analysis to lead the delivery of pricing rate changes within the MasterCard Consolidated Billing System (MCBS). Reporting to the Vice President, Revenue Enablement, you will oversee on‑shore and off‑shore analysts and drive strategic initiatives that support global commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate review, revision, testing and documentation of product and pricing enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers and business requesters to define data and functional requirements for new pricing constructs.
• Ensure development objectives are met, user testing completed and member notifications prepared on schedule.
• Evaluate pricing requests, work with Billing and Technology teams to design optimal solutions, and recommend alternatives.
• Prepare comprehensive project plans, manage costs and tasks, and ensure timely implementation.
• Maintain methodology compliance, document issues, and report progress to management.
• Coach, direct and develop team members, fostering a positive culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, preferably with Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder influence and alignment skills.
