About the role
Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Salina, helping them live the life they choose. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines, personal care, and community activities.
- Support individuals in achieving personal goals and keep simple notes.
- Provide reliable companionship and assistance with errands, cooking, and outings.
Required profile
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Meet auto‑insurance requirements.
What we offer
- $18.25 per hour, paid weekly.
- Full‑time schedule of three 12‑hour shifts per week, with four days off.
- Extra shifts and overtime available.
- 401(k) with 3% company match.

- Paid training, including medication administration training.
