Dinner Shift Crew Member

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic crew members to join our dinner shift at Wendy’s. You will work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, delivering great food and friendly service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items and operate grill, fryer and other kitchen equipment.
• Take orders, handle cash register or POS system, and serve customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe dining area and work station.
• Follow Wendy’s brand standards and food safety guidelines.
• Stand and move throughout the shift as required.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and customers.
• Eagerness to learn and follow procedures.
• Reliability and ability to correct issues when they arise.

Required skills

• Operation of cash register / POS system.
• Grill and food preparation skills.
• Use of headset communication equipment.
