Digital Sales Account Executive

About the role

Connoisseur Media is seeking a motivated Digital Sales Account Executive to sell its full suite of marketing solutions—including radio, digital, and event advertising—to local and regional businesses in the Salt Lake City market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand existing client relationships.
• Design and customize multi‑channel marketing solutions that align with client objectives such as branding, awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Coordinate with Digital Services and execution teams to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and performance targets.
• Analyze and report on metrics such as web traffic, CPA, engagement rates, and ROI/ROAS for client review.
• Enter client orders, gather creative assets, and collaborate with production and client‑success teams to launch campaigns.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and budget goals.

Required profile

• Proven track record of consistent sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing strategies for radio and digital media.

Required skills

• Understanding of OTT/CTV and streaming audio advertising.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, targeted display, and mobile advertising.
• Ability to interpret web traffic, CPA, engagement rates, and ROI/ROAS metrics.
• Familiarity with sales concepts and sales software.
