About the role

Vital is seeking an organized and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to join its fast‑paced creative agency in Portsmouth, NH. You will help shape and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and revenue for education and B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Scope and plan digital projects such as blog posts, new web pages, paid media campaigns, lead‑nurture workflows, videos, eBooks, webinars, and page updates.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to inform SEO, CRO, email, link‑building, and paid‑ads strategies.
• Increase external backlinks through targeted link‑building efforts.
• Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and marketing coordinators to deliver clear project briefs.
• Assist in creating and executing high‑level marketing strategies and turn ideas into actionable projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience growing website traffic and leads via organic and paid search.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for learning SEO, CRO, email, link‑building, and paid‑ads tactics.
• Ability to work closely with internal teams and present project plans to clients.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑moving agency environment.
