Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with admissions goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stay current on best‑practice trends.
• Support SEO strategy: keyword research, on‑page optimization, and technical SEO collaboration.
• Design, optimize, and test conversion funnels, landing pages, and inquiry forms.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, retargeting, and display platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics (CPA, CTR, conversion rate) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to improve website storytelling and user experience.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to data, platforms, and storytelling.
• Comfortable working across the full digital marketing stack and motivated by building trust with families making complex decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into optimization plans.
