Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are a mid-sized property management company in Coral Gables seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing Team. The role focuses on analyzing performance, optimizing campaigns and supporting data-driven decisions across our residential communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives across search, email and social platforms to drive engagement and meet business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, interpret key metrics and recommend adjustments to improve reach, conversions and ROI.
• Create persuasive ad copy and promotional content while maintaining brand consistency.
• Oversee paid search efforts with Google Ads, manage budgets, optimize targeting and track performance.
• Coordinate email marketing from setup through reporting to nurture prospects and strengthen customer communication.
• Support social media planning, scheduling and performance analysis.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics or media.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of SEO and local/geo-marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: experience in real-estate or multifamily industry and familiarity with RentCafe or SOCi.
