Digital Marketing Specialist – Agent Marketing

About the role

State Farm is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Agent Marketing Digital and Social Programs team. The primary focus will be on Paid Search and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive measurable business results for agents across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage agent‑level Paid Search strategies aligned with business objectives, budgets, and performance KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, bids, conversion trends, lead volume and quality, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead SEO initiatives, evaluate rankings, conduct keyword research, and implement on‑page and off‑page tactics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, analytics partners, and external agencies to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
• Integrate search efforts with paid and organic social, display, programmatic, streaming audio/video, CTV, and demand‑generation channels.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment and managing vendor relationships.
• Curiosity and a hands‑on approach to testing and optimization.
