Digital Marketing & Paid Media Consultant

About the role

Proof Strategies is seeking a Digital Marketing & Paid Media Consultant to join its growing Washington, D.C. office. You will work directly with senior leaders and mission‑driven clients, helping them build and execute digital strategies that drive audience engagement and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage website strategy, content, and development projects in partnership with external developers.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing programs, including newsletters, segmentation, automation, and performance reporting.
• Create and manage social media campaigns across LinkedIn and other platforms, driving audience growth and engagement.
• Design, launch, and analyze paid media campaigns, handling audience targeting, setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Oversee CRM and audience database administration, including Salesforce implementation, maintenance, and workflow optimization.
• Lead SEO and SEM initiatives, conducting keyword research, site optimization, and improving search visibility.
• Produce analytics and reporting across websites, email, social, and paid media to inform strategy.
