Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi‑channel digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, engage customers, generate leads and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage campaigns across search, social media, email, display advertising and content marketing.
• Monitor performance, optimise initiatives and improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, paid advertising and website optimisation efforts.
• Analyse data, produce performance reports, dashboards and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate digital content creation.
• Collaborate with sales, product and creative teams to support growth targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer‑behavior assessments.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
