LaSante Health Center is seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing and Content Manager to boost its online presence, engage patients, and support brand growth. The role combines content creation, branding, analytics, and digital growth to deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Support patient growth initiatives through strategic marketing campaigns.
• Improve and manage website performance and SEO optimization.
• Analyze marketing data with analytic tools and provide actionable insights.
• Develop, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
• Design and execute monthly content calendars.
• Film, edit, and publish short‑form video content, graphics, campaigns, and educational materials.
• Monitor community engagement and manage interactions.
• Collaborate with leadership to review performance, drive improvements, and ensure cross‑departmental alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital marketing and social media for a brand or organization.
• Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of SEO, website management, and digital analytics.
• Healthcare marketing experience is a plus but not required.
