Digital Illustrator – Create Premium Visuals

About the role

Educative is seeking a Digital Illustrator to create premium-quality illustrated visuals for its online platforms, including the website, blog and social media. The role focuses on translating abstract or technical concepts into engaging graphics that align with the brand style, while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality illustrated visuals for the Educative.io website, blog and social media channels.
• Ensure all graphics follow Educative’s brand guidelines and visual style.
• Use AI‑based tools to streamline illustration workflows and optimize visual output.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand design requirements and iterate on concepts.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adapting to rapidly changing business priorities.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and provide rationale to stakeholders.
• Work effectively with remote team members and maintain clear communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional commercial design experience creating customer‑facing graphics and videos.
• Ability to translate abstract or technical ideas into clear visual representations.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize several projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with distributed teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere or similar video editing software.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects or comparable motion‑graphics tools.
• Experience using AI tools for illustration or visual creation.
