Digital Finance Product Manager

About the role

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston is seeking a Digital Finance Product Manager to lead the deployment and stabilization of its digital finance solutions, primarily the SAP ERP system, at the Kinston site. The role serves as the on‑site digital liaison between the local plant and the central ERP Centre of Excellence, ensuring end‑to‑end stability, performance and alignment with long‑term strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and transition of digital finance solutions to the Kinston facility.
• Act as the primary contact for the ERP Centre of Excellence, coordinating requirements, issues and enhancements.
• Maintain and improve the performance and stability of the SAP finance environment.
• Support the creation and growth of a regional Digital Finance team.
• Contribute to strategic decisions that align digital finance initiatives with Airbus’s manufacturing ramp‑up in North America.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing finance‑related digital products or ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP finance modules and integration concepts.
• Ability to work on‑site in a manufacturing environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
