Digital Assets Crypto/Blockchain Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Digital Assets Crypto/Blockchain Senior Manager to help clients design, build and scale digital‑asset capabilities. You will work within the Software and Product Innovation practice, combining advisory strategy with technology solutioning to create business cases, market‑readiness assessments and operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements on blockchain, tokenization and tokenized‑money initiatives.
• Develop business cases, market‑readiness assessments, target operating models and governance frameworks.
• Guide technology architecture, vendor selection and build‑buy‑partner decisions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery from strategy and pilot through implementation and production.
• Manage senior client relationships and coordinate cross‑functional PwC experts in regulatory, engineering, banking, payments and operations.
• Maintain governance, controls and operating‑model alignment as capabilities scale.
• Develop high‑performing teams and identify opportunities to expand client engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading multiple digital‑asset, blockchain or fintech consulting engagements in banking, capital markets or asset & wealth management.
• Strong ability to bridge advisory, business and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience advising on regulatory, governance, risk and control considerations for digital assets.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols.
• Understanding of custody and wallet infrastructure.
• Expertise in tokenization and related operating models.
