Digital Assets Crypto/Blockchain Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Digital Assets Crypto/Blockchain Manager to help clients design and implement digital‑asset capabilities, including blockchain, tokenization, and tokenized money. You will work within the Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, blending advisory strategy with technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams on digital assets, blockchain, tokenization, and tokenized money.
• Develop business cases, market‑readiness assessments, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Translate client strategies into technology architecture, vendor selections, and integration plans.
• Guide build‑buy‑partner decisions and manage solutions from concept through implementation.
• Oversee project delivery, team performance, and day‑to‑day client relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional PwC specialists (regulatory, engineering, banking, payments, operations).
• Maintain governance, controls, and operating‑model alignment throughout delivery.
• Identify follow‑on opportunities within existing engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing digital‑asset, blockchain, or fintech consulting engagements in banking, capital markets, or asset & wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain protocols, custody and wallet infrastructure, tokenization, and related operating models.
• Ability to navigate advisory and technical conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of digital‑asset regulatory, governance, risk, and control considerations.
