Digital Assets Crypto/Blockchain Director

About the role

As a Digital Assets Crypto/Blockchain Director at PwC, you will shape the strategic direction for clients across blockchain, tokenization and tokenized money. Working within the Software and Product Innovation practice, you will combine advisory strategy with technology solutioning to help clients develop business cases, market‑readiness plans and operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive strategy for digital‑asset, blockchain and tokenization initiatives.
• Advise executive stakeholders on operating models, governance and market readiness.
• Oversee technology architecture, vendor selection and build‑buy‑partner decisions.
• Guide capabilities from strategy through implementation, production and scale.
• Lead complex client engagements and nurture senior‑level relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional PwC expertise in regulatory, engineering, banking, payments and operations.
• Identify market opportunities and convert them into new client engagements.
• Lead business‑development activities, proposals and account growth.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience, including senior advisory work.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives on digital‑asset and fintech strategies.
• Experience managing complex, strategic client relationships.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols.
• Understanding of custody and wallet infrastructure.
• Expertise in tokenization and related operating models.
