DevOps Software Engineer – Zero Trust ICAM

About the role

CACI is hiring a DevOps Software Engineer for its Zero Trust Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ZT ICAM) program. The role supports automated build, test, deployment, monitoring and release pipelines for enterprise solutions used across diverse DoD environments, working closely with senior engineers to deliver secure, scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, development, integration, testing and maintenance of highly available enterprise web services for an ICAM solution.
• Help develop and enhance automated DevOps pipelines for build, test, packaging, deployment and monitoring.
• Maintain and improve deployment configurations, documentation and repeatable processes across customer environments.
• Support Linux-based and containerized environments, including Kubernetes and microservices architectures.
• Contribute to Attribute-Based Access Control services that interface with LDAP directories, REST APIs and other microservices.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering, computer science or a related discipline, or 9 years total of software engineering experience (5+ years of software engineering plus 4 additional years).
• 2+ years of experience in SIGINT, IA or IT domains.

Required skills

• Git version control and Maven build tools.
• Linux environments.
• GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automated build processes.
• Knowledge of PKI-based authentication and encryption.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Desired: strong Java, RESTful services, unit testing with JUnit/Mock frameworks, and building scalable, secure, high-performance applications.
