DevOps Engineer – Top Secret Clearance, Washington DC

About the role

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to support a high‑profile Department of Justice project in Washington, DC. This on‑site position involves managing and automating a secure AWS environment, deploying Kubernetes applications, and overseeing Linux and Windows server administration.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Kubernetes applications across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for container updates, infrastructure rollouts, and application launches.
• Automate Linux and Windows server administration tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Support and optimize AWS cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance infrastructure scalability, security, and automation.

Required profile

• Active Top Secret clearance (must be active prior to start).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Systems Administrator.
• Proven hands‑on experience with AWS cloud environments and administration.

Required skills
