DevOps Engineer

About the role

InEight is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its fast‑paced, innovative team. You will work closely with software engineering and product groups to deploy, operate, and continuously improve our cloud‑based construction project controls platform.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support InEight applications in Azure using IaaS and PaaS services.
• Design, test, and deploy software‑based solutions that proactively reduce issues.
• Drive efficiency through automation, root‑cause analysis, and scalable service delivery.
• Conduct sustainable incident response and blameless post‑mortems.
• Enforce security policies and manage data access controls.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, automation scripts, network configurations, and audit requests.
• Monitor systems, remediate alerts, and participate in off‑hours/on‑call rotations as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years in a software development environment.
• 4 years of experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• 4 years of scripting experience.
• 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
