DevOps Engineer

About the role

Aperia Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its fast‑paced, global team. The role focuses on modernizing the technology stack, automating delivery pipelines, and ensuring the reliability of cloud‑native services for fintech and compliance customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the current tech stack and redesign processes to improve capabilities.
• Support, update, and validate Kubernetes clusters for optimal performance.
• Manage micro‑services platforms and ensure required hardware/software are in place.
• Automate and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
• Design and implement scalable, fault‑tolerant distributed systems.
• Establish best practices for secure and monitored software development.
• Administer applications across Windows and Linux servers, including installation, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Support multiple relational databases, storage technologies, and network interfaces.
• Diagnose and mitigate performance and reliability issues across the stack.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, custom objects, workflows, and configurations.
• Facilitate IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, Configuration, Continuous Improvement).
• Perform application security scans (SAST/DAST) and implement hardening measures.
• Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk for daily operations.
• Utilize automation languages Python and PowerShell, and manage work items in JIRA and Confluence.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Azure cloud services and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline creation and automation.
• Hands‑on expertise in Linux and Windows server administration.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management and change management processes.
