DevOps Engineer – Full-time role

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our Austin team. The role is full‑time and primarily onsite four days a week, with a focus on building reliable, automated delivery pipelines and managing cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub and Bamboo.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Manage and optimise cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement containerisation and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, performance tuning, and incident troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to enable seamless integration and continuous delivery.
• Maintain security best practices in all deployments and infrastructure components.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across DevOps processes.

Required profile

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Bamboo).
• Hands‑on experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to automate infrastructure using IaC tools.
• Solid troubleshooting skills across development, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
