DevOps Engineer – Fast‑Growing SaaS Startup

About the role

SigParser is a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS company that extracts and enriches relationship data from email and calendar systems. We are looking for a self‑directed DevOps Engineer with a "can‑do" attitude to help ship high‑quality software faster and keep our production environment stable.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Test PRs before merge and guide changes through QA.
• Deploy code to production and own the release process.
• Track QA testing status across active work and keep momentum.
• Upgrade and maintain PostgreSQL database servers.
• Monitor production logs, proactively catch errors, and improve backend tooling for visibility.
• Build data‑quality monitoring metrics to spot extraction issues.
• Help raise the overall software shipping standards as the company scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong background with C# and .NET.
• Experience administering and upgrading PostgreSQL (3+ years).
• Hands‑on work with AWS infrastructure.
• Proficiency with GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Ability to monitor production systems and triage log data.
• Comfort reading and testing full‑stack code (TypeScript, JavaScript, React).
• Excellent written communication to make DevOps work visible to the team.
