DevOps Engineer - Enterprise Security Automation

About the role

CACI is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its engineering team and help transform its enterprise security framework from a manual security evaluation and authorization process into an automated, streamlined model. The role is full time, based in Linthicum, Maryland, and requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph to start.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate infrastructure management, continuous integration, environment configuration and deployment.
• Support the project's compliance and security posture.
• Deliver automation solutions that let other teams operate seamlessly.
• Implement continuous monitoring and assessment across the project lifecycle.
• Gather and analyze network data to improve security and performance.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• 7+ years as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 4 additional years of software engineering experience on similar projects instead.

Required skills

• Linux system administration (CentOS 7 or RHEL 8)
• Docker containerization
• Python scripting
• AWS, C2S or other cloud platforms
• GitLab Pipeline and Ansible Pipeline
• NiFi for data flow management
• Desired: Elasticsearch, cloud hosting and automation expertise
