DevOps Engineer – Cloud & CI/CD Automation

About the role

Crash Champions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and automation that powers our business applications. You will work closely with engineering, QA, product, and IT teams to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and security across both cloud and on‑premises environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Copilot and Azure DevOps.
• Manage and support Azure and AWS cloud environments, focusing on scalability, reliability, cost optimization, and high availability.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for automated, standardized deployments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across development, testing, and production.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application issues promptly.
• Automate operational and administrative tasks to accelerate deployment cycles.
• Collaborate with software engineering and QA teams to enhance application observability and deployment readiness.
• Maintain security best practices across cloud infrastructure, containers, and pipelines.
• Support containerization technologies, including Docker, and maintain related documentation.
• Participate in on‑call support and incident response as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, cloud engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services and at least one additional cloud platform such as AWS.
