DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Monitoring for eCommerce

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a fast‑paced team supporting a high‑traffic eCommerce platform. The role focuses on automation, performance optimisation, and building resilient infrastructure in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot incidents with Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to streamline deployment processes.
• Support cloud‑based or on‑premise infrastructure to ensure uptime and scalability.
• Automate workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Optimize performance for high‑traffic eCommerce workloads.
• Enhance monitoring, alerting and incident‑response practices.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as required.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Experience supporting high‑traffic or eCommerce platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Proficient scripting skills (Bash, Python or similar).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.
