DevOps / AgentOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps / AgentOps Engineer to own the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, observability stack and deployment automation for a modern health-AI platform. The role sits at the intersection of traditional DevOps and the emerging AgentOps discipline, working closely with full-stack and backend engineers to build, deploy and monitor both application services and AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application code, FHIR data layer and AI agent deployments across dev, staging and production.
• Own AWS infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or AWS CDK) for services such as HealthLake, Bedrock, Clean Rooms, Lambda, Step Functions, S3 and IAM.
• Implement and operate an observability stack (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting) with focus on agent execution metrics.
• Apply HIPAA-compliant patterns: encryption at rest and in transit, key rotation, audit-log pipelines and BAA-covered service configurations.
• Collaborate with KMS engineers during build phases, review IaC, enforce deployment standards and ensure long-term ownership.
• Manage shared services infrastructure for Revelation Pharma, including cross-environment networking, secrets management and service-mesh configuration.
• Automate agent deployment workflows, versioning, rollback and A/B testing for Bedrock-based agents.
• Enforce environment parity, secrets hygiene and least-privilege IAM policies across all workstreams.

Required profile

• High degree of autonomy and ability to define platform architecture from day one.
• Staff-level depth in AWS infrastructure and regulated environments.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
