- Define metrics, reporting periods, data freshness and missing data so customers can interpret results accurately.
- Coordinate with Product Value and core engineering teams on source data, content, access controls and shared infrastructure.
- Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating and deploying reporting services, and improve accuracy, performance, reliability and observability as data grows.
- Apply AI technologies where they improve reporting development, validation or interpretation.
Required profile
- Experience leading software engineers and owning the delivery and operation of production systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and contribution to technical problem-solving.
- Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience building and operating AWS services in production.
- Hands-on experience with reporting platforms, analytics services or data-intensive applications.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, aggregation and query performance.
- Understanding of historical data, metric consistency and data-quality validation.
- Strong communication skills and professional English for leading an English-speaking team.
Nice to have
- Automated tests for data pipelines, reporting calculations and report generation.
- Dashboards, scheduled reporting and large data exports.
- Patch management or vulnerability reporting, runtime isolation and sandboxing.
- B2B SaaS, security, compliance or data governance experience.
- High-load products supporting many endpoints.
What we offer
- Fully remote work with flexibility for work-life balance.
- A collaborative environment where you own your domain and follow best practices.
- Stable income, benefits, flexible hours and career advancement opportunities.
