Development Engineer – Medical Devices

About the role

The Development Engineer will execute engineering requirements analysis, create component designs, develop and validate test plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards for medical device components.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze engineering requirements and support design solutions for medical device components.
• Develop and execute test plans, documenting results and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system‑level issues to improve product quality and reliability.
• Participate in design reviews and evaluate components and technologies from external suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while following established engineering, quality, and regulatory processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering.
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodation.
