Development Coordinator (Phoenix)

About the role

The Development Coordinator in Phoenix supports the IRC’s Development Team across Arizona. The role focuses on expanding and strengthening engagement with local individuals, community groups, faith‑based organizations and businesses to welcome and integrate refugees, while building awareness and support for those forced to flee. The position works closely with the Arizona offices in Phoenix and Tucson to coordinate outreach and partnership activities.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and strengthen engagement of local individuals, community groups, faith‑based organizations and businesses in refugee welcoming and integration efforts.
• Coordinate outreach activities with community and faith‑based partners to facilitate resettlement services.
• Build awareness of and support for forcibly displaced populations.
• Support donor relations and grants management activities as part of the Development Team.
• Assist in preparing materials and reports for donors and grant funders to demonstrate impact.
• Track and maintain records of engagements and contributions from local supporters.
