Developer II – API Integration (Hybrid)

About the role
We are looking for a Developer II to join our real‑time data integration team for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in Columbia, SC.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and support enterprise‑wide API integrations and service orchestration.
- Maintain and enhance API gateways and routing/transforming services for internal and external partners.
- Ensure stability, performance, and responsiveness of integration platforms using a variety of tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement authentication, encryption, and systems integration solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in application development, systems testing, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and API development (SOAP and RESTful).
