Desktop Support Engineer (Spanish) – Contract – Mahwah, NJ

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Desktop Support Engineer to provide on‑site technical assistance for end‑users in Mahwah and Clifton, NJ. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Windows, Linux and macOS environments while delivering excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site support for laptops, desktops, printers and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, test and relocate hardware and software components.
• Perform maintenance, diagnosis, repair and restoration of devices at customer locations.
• Support a variety of printers (HP, Canon, Xerox, Zebra, Sato) including consumable replacement and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to meet service‑level targets and close incidents with proper documentation.
• Update knowledge base, manage configuration changes and contribute to proactive maintenance activities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience supporting end‑user workstations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• BS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software problems.
