The role focuses on delivering end‑point support, participating in software design, and ensuring smooth operation of desktop environments for clients in the retail and logistics sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, capture software specifications, and help create process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications according to detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze outcomes, report defects, and support integration of new software features.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, resolve issues promptly, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to enrich the team’s knowledge base.
