Desktop Analyst

About the role

Align is looking for a motivated Desktop Analyst to deliver frontline support for end‑users across its managed‑services clients. You will join a fast‑paced team that monitors and supports both critical and non‑critical IT assets, working on‑site three days a week in our New York office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end‑user technical support for key managed‑services clients, including occasional assistance for executive/VIP users.
• Troubleshoot common issues such as password resets, connectivity problems, Microsoft Office and O365 application support, IP‑phone and workstation problems.
• Install, upgrade, and remove desktop applications on user workstations.
• Track inventory of hardware, peripherals, and user equipment.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members following documented procedures.
• Participate in a rotational on‑call schedule covering overnights and weekends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Experience supporting users in a managed‑services or corporate environment.
• Willingness to work onsite three days per week and be on‑call as needed.
