Designer - Women's and Girls' Apparel

About the role

GOAT USA is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Designer to shape and grow its Women’s and Girls’ apparel collections. You will translate seasonal concepts into finished products, handling everything from garment design and graphic development to color direction and assortment planning.

Key responsibilities

• Design seasonal catalogs for mainline and wholesale offerings.
• Create style and artwork tech packs, including detailed flat sketches, stitch details, color pitches, and repeat patterns.
• Develop seasonal color palettes and cohesive product assortments.
• Collaborate with Product Development to review color strike‑offs and provide feedback.
• Scale graphics for multiple size ranges (Toddler, Youth, Adult) and work with the internal creative team on graphic concepts.

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion, apparel design, and storytelling through product.
• Deep understanding of garment construction, fit, graphics, and color.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial appeal in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills across design, product development, and creative teams.
