Designer – Brand Creative

About the role

TED’s Brand Creative team is looking for a multi‑disciplined Designer who can turn bold concepts into polished visual experiences. You will work across digital, print, environmental graphics and more, helping to bring TED’s ideas to life on a global stage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑impact concepts, designs, and identities for TED’s video series, podcasts, conferences and initiatives.
• Extend and adapt design systems for events, including signage, stage design, books, digital marketing and merchandise.
• Create original artwork for editorial channels and manage print production from layout through vendor hand‑off.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Director and cross‑functional teammates, leading projects when needed and supporting peers on theirs.
• Maintain a strong visual point of view while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

• Commitment to the health and success of the broader design team.
• Reports to the Design Director.
