Designer – Apparel & Graphic

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, product‑driven Designer to lead the design and development of future collections across fleece, loungewear, activewear, sleepwear and accessories. The role will own the full design process from concept through production, blending apparel design expertise with graphic and print design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative development and execution of seasonal and core collections across multiple categories.
• Research and forecast fashion, colour, fabric, graphic and market trends to guide assortment planning.
• Create mood boards, colour palettes, graphics, prints, sketches, technical flats, tech packs and product specifications.
• Source and evaluate fabrics, trims and washes in partnership with vendors and mills.
• Collaborate directly with overseas factories to manage timelines, troubleshoot issues and ensure quality.
• Review prototypes, fit and production samples, providing feedback and revisions.
• Design original graphics and artwork for apparel and accessories.
• Partner with Merchandising, Production, Marketing and Leadership teams to support product launches.
• Manage and mentor one Assistant/Associate Designer.

Required profile

• 5+ years of apparel design experience, preferably in contemporary, lifestyle, activewear or loungewear brands.
• Proven ability to manage the design process from concept through production.
• Strong graphic design and print development portfolio.
• Experience working directly with overseas factories and global vendors.
• Excellent organizational, communication and project‑management skills.
