Design Project Manager – Lead Multi‑Discipline Projects

About the role

CRB is seeking a Design Project Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary consulting, design, and construction management projects. You will ensure projects meet client objectives, quality standards, and financial targets while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects that incorporate multiple engineering and design disciplines.
• Manage safety, subcontractors, change orders, and project controls.
• Oversee project staffing, quality plan adherence, budget, and schedule.
• Produce regular project performance reports and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain and grow client relationships to generate future work.
• Accountable for overall project financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience, preferably in a design firm or field construction office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proven success as an Assistant Project Manager or in a lead discipline role.
• Foundational understanding of core engineering disciplines and project delivery in design and construction.
