Design Assistant / Junior Designer

About the role

Studio OSKLOO is looking for a motivated Design Assistant / Junior Designer to support its fast‑paced interior design studio. This position is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in interior design, furniture production, or a related field who enjoy both operational and creative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with furniture production orders, vendor coordination, and creation of proposals, purchase orders, and client/vendor documentation.
• Coordinate local pickups and schedule domestic and international deliveries.
• Communicate order updates and timelines with clients throughout the production process.
• Follow up with vendors on lead times, production updates, and shipments.
• Support shipping and organization of finish and material samples.
• Maintain project schedules, order trackers, and internal spreadsheets.
• Prepare client presentations and related materials.
• Produce minor 2D and 3D drawings as needed.
• Handle day‑to‑day studio operations and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in interior design, furniture production, or a related design field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and keen attention to detail.
