Deployments Lead

About the role

Grotto AI is seeking a Deployments Lead to own the end‑to‑end customer journey—from contract signing through successful long‑term adoption of our AI‑driven leasing platform. You will be one of the first hires in a fast‑growing PropTech startup that recently raised $10M to address vacancy losses in the multifamily housing market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementations and onboarding, configuring the platform and training leasing teams to ensure a smooth go‑live.
• Conduct engaging training sessions that help users understand workflows and see value quickly.
• Provide proactive, real‑time support, monitoring usage signals to address issues before customers notice.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to product and sales teams to shape future features.
• Define and document deployment processes, establishing standards for scaling the customer base.

Required profile

• Exceptional organizational ability; a keen eye for detail and a habit of building systematic processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, customer‑centric approach.
• Experience in SaaS deployments, onboarding, or customer success (2‑10 years preferred).
• Comfort with AI‑enabled products and a passion for improving leasing conversations.
