About the role

The Wisdom Teeth Guys are looking for a superstar lead oral surgery assistant to join a fast‑paced, fun, team‑oriented environment. You will work on surgery days across several Texas locations, rotating between Fort Worth, Arlington, Richardson and Irving.

Key responsibilities

Assist during 2‑3 surgery days per week, rotating between offices on designated days.
Prepare the team and operating rooms for surgery days and support overall workflow.

Required profile

Fun personality with a desire to work closely with patients and staff.
Leadership mindset, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to collaborate with the team.

Required skills

Minimum 2 years of oral surgery dental assisting experience.
RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) certification.
